If the dress you received has quality problems, of course, you can send it back, BABARONI will refund the full amount of the product, including the shipping fee. All of our dresses are custom made to the customer's order, including standard sizing, so if you don't like the dress you ordered or the size you chose doesn't fit, we do not accept returns.

Please choose your size accurately before placing an order. Before submitting the order, you can read our sizing guide and instructions on how to request a custom size or contact our online customer service for professional advice.

Don't worry if you can't return the dress. If you can't put on the dress because of size inaccuracy, we will refund based on your local alteration fee. The ratio is as follows:

For products less than 99 euros, the refund limit is 30 euros.

For products from 100 to 199 euros, the refund limit is 50 euros.

For products over 200 euros, the refund limit is 75 euros.

We cannot provide return service for accessories, color samples and other products.

We can also modify your dress size for free and pay the shipping fee to send to you after modification. Please send the dress to us and we will send it to you within 3 days after receiving the clothes according to the size you provided. By the way, you are responsible for sending the dress back to us.

For products that meet the return conditions, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and return it within 15 days. Product must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, and the original tag and label intact. We cannot process returns for products that do not comply with this return policy. When we receive your returned order, you will receive a full refund of the returned product. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.


Wedding accessories such as ties, bow ties, pocket towels, etc. they cannot be returned. Because the color of the accessories is customized according to your choice and cannot be resold.


We currently do not offer an exchange service for any products. Because our dresses are custom made to order, we do not have ready-made dresses to replace the dress you want to return. You must return the dress you ordered (subject to the conditions of the return policy) and place a new order for the dress you want. The previous promotional price or discounts used when placing the original order cannot be used on the new order and we will refund the previous promotional price


  • 1. Send an email to our Customer Service: within 3 days of receiving your order. Please send us an explanation and photos to indicate the reason for your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns without the prior approval of our Customer Service.
  • 2. Once you have received the response from , it means that your return request has been approved. Please return the dress to us with the address we provided as soon as possible (3-7 days). This information must be written and sent to us with the package: Order number / Email / Full name. This is very important for us to recognize your package. We cannot arrange a refund without this information.
  • 3. All dresses that need to be returned must be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the money to return to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Once we get the dresses back, we will check and deal with the refund in 3-5 business days. We reserve the right not to process a refund if they are returned in an unacceptable condition. The refund will be back to your account in 2 business days, it also depends on your bank's processing efficiency.


We know how important it is for you to order a dress for your special occasion. However, please note that our dresses are made to order, we will process the order as soon as we receive the payment. Once the adaptation process has started, there will be labor costs and material costs.

The unpaid order will not be processed. If you don't need it, please ignore it.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation within 24-72 hours of order payment date: You will receive a partial refund consisting of 50% of the dress price and full shipping cost.

Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours of order payment: You will receive a partial refund consisting of 30% of the dress price and full shipping cost.

Cancellation after 120 hours after payment of the order: you will receive a partial refund consisting of the total shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to and provide us with your order number and telephone number. We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of receipt of the email.

You will receive an order confirmation email after payment. Please reply email in 24 hours if you need to change any information. If you need to change any information after we start the adaptation, there will be additional cost necessary. For example, if you need to change colors after we have prepared the material, it will be wasted. We need extra cost to prepare new material. Therefore, if you need to change any information, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email. We will make changes at no additional cost if you contact us in 24 hours after payment.
